Bane - Castle Master from Mobile Legends: Bang Bang

It's been rampant lately in the Mobile Legends Community. They pretend to be a Customer Service representative whose main goal is to steal your account.

Any messages outside the game and emails that don't end with @moonton.com are more likely a scam. Customer Service Representatives will NEVER ask for your login details such as account password when assisting you.

You can only contact Mobile Legends: Bang Bang's Customer Service inside of the game which is available on the headset icon beside your game name.

❓Does Customer Service have Whatsapp, Telegram, Viber, Facebook, Instagram, or other messaging/social media apps?

πŸ™… NO. While Mobile Legends: Bang Bang do have social media channels such as Facebook and Discord, they are NOT ABLE to further assist you with account-related issues such as account retrieval.

If you got asked for moneyπŸ’΅ before they assist you, it is definitely a scam. They will also ask if you have friends that can "testify" for you. Customer Service representatives will never ask something in return to assist you. πŸ†™

A fake Customer Service will also offer you fake πŸ’Ž diamonds reward to attract you.

The only way that Mobile Legends' Customer Service will contact you outside of the game is via email that's why it is also important that you know how to spot fake emails.
